Integrated into their Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 application, JS Humidifiers, an existing customer of QSSD, worked together with our consultants to develop a solution that would give them the greatest functionality to provide the best in class service to their industry.
Previously the JS Humidifiers Service team were reliant on dispersed software systems such as Outlook and Excel and it was becoming more apparent that they required an integrated solution in order to run their operations with greater efficiency. After viewing other leading Service Management Solutions on the market JS Humidifiers chose the QSSD Service Management Suite due to its tight integration with their Dynamics NAV application and the unique functionality it would provide their staff with to work more efficiently.
The QSSD Service Management Suite utilises the latest in Microsoft technology and is unique to the Service Management market. Through an intuitive “drag and drop” web calendar, Service center staff have full visibility of all the service engineers availability enabling them to schedule jobs in with greater efficiency. Once a job has been allocated to the engineer they will automatically be able to view the job on their mobile, vastly speeding up the resource allocation process.
Then via their hand held mobiles Service Engineers have direct contact with your service desk enabling them to instantly view job information, raise stock orders, generate invoices, keep control of stock, state fault resolutions and generally have greater visibility into all service information. Customers can also sign off job sheets via the engineers handheld device; ultimately speeding up delivery of payment and driving up revenue.
Other benefits of the solution include’s the tight integration with Dynamics NAV Service module which allows for seamless cost management such as invoicing, currency, VAT and other job related costing’s and as all documents can be processed as PDF’s this also eliminates a lengthy paper trail.
