Founded in 2002, QSSD’s continued growth in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV market place has led to another expansion in its workforce. With two new appointments joining the team in November, QSSD will further extend its presence as a strong Gold Microsoft ERP partner.
Tammy Goodall has been appointed as Operations/Office Manager and will oversee and control the internal work processes of the company. Tammy joins QSSD from another Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner where she was the Operations Manager responsible for ensuring that customers are serviced correctly from initial consultancy and project inception, through to implementation, on-going Support and Change Management. Tammy has over a decade of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV market place.
Customer Care Manager
Suzi Mussell has been appointed as Customer Care manager of QSSD to implement a new customer care scheme to ensure that QSSD customers are served to the highest standard. Along with her main focus being on customer care, Suzi will also be working with the QSSD support team to provide additional Microsoft Dynamics NAV support. Suzi’s previous role was as a support consultant for another Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner and has over a decade of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV market place.
