Firstly a consultant will visit you on site to understand your business needs and put together a plan to resolve any outstanding issues that your business has from your previous supplier.

Ongoing Support – QSSD offer support for all versions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) from version 2 to the current release of 2013. Support can be provided as an annual fee or charged on an ad hoc basis.
Many of QSSD’s support customers have transferred their support from other partners in order to receive a higher level of support. Transferring your support from your current provider is simple, QSSD work with Microsoft to ensure that the transfer is seamless and that your renewal date remains the same.
Online support by remote desktop – QSSD provide support via telephone, email and remote desktop. If a resolution to your problem cannot be resolved via instruction then we can access your application remotely to help resolve the issues.
Account Manager – A dedicated account manager is allocated to every customer and will be your primary point of contact. Regular review meetings will be arranged with customers to ensure that they are receiving the best possible support.
Business consultancy – On site visits by a QSSD consultant can be arranged on an agreed basis to ensure that customers are making the best use of the application.
Development Work - QSSD carry out development work when customers require a configuration that is not standard in Dynamics NAV but they need it to meet their unique business or individual user needs. A QSSD consultant will work with you to develop a functional specification document that meets your specific needs. Once the specification has been signed off, QSSD then undertake the work based on the hours quoted. If required development can be undertaken on site.
Custom Modifications – Microsoft Dynamics NAV meets a vast range of industry needs but from time to time we carry out custom modifications for customers that may require a modification to their system to meet their unique industry need.
Training - During implementation the users of Dynamics NAV will need to be trained on using the system in order for a smooth transition and increased productivity.
Training is instructor led and is carried out on site for all users or just key users who can then become trainers themselves.
Documentation - Easy to follow documentation is provided for user training and this helps users to understand how to use the software on a day to day basis. For more in depth training or for your users to be trained in a unique process for your business, QSSD can create video training upon request.
Upgrade - An upgrade of your version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to the latest release will bring greater business benefit to your business through increased productivity, improved visibility, protected data, reduced costs and improved customer service.
QSSD carry out upgrades to keep our customers solutions up-to-date and enable them to take advantage of new functionality, features, platform, and fixes to previous versions.
Database auditing and code review - For customers that are encountering performance issues QSSD will carry out an analysis to examine the database environment to check whether the database have been configured correctly. We also carry out code review on customer code in order to improve performance where required.
Add On’s - QSSD work with many partners who provide Add On’s for the Dynamics NAV platform which customers may require to meet their specific business need. Partners include Miracle Dynamics who provide HR and Payroll solutions.
Data Migration and Conversion – This is an important process during the data transfer from your existing system to Dynamics NAV. QSSD can assist in this process to help prevent any problems arising from the transfer such as data corruption/loss or technical compatibility.
Report Writing - User friendly Reports help to increase the productivity of your employees and QSSD will work with you to create reports that meet your individual business needs.
